Mediterranean diet found to reduce inflammation, cartilage degradation in patients with osteoarthritis
A recent study published in The Journal of Nutrition, Health & Aging reports that patients with osteoarthritis who follow a Mediterranean type diet can help minimize joint inflammation and cartilage inflammation.
